The management is very keen to improve and update the knowledge of teachers, so that, quality in teaching is enhanced for the benefit of learners. For this the Manage3ment sponsors and provides all encouragement to the teachers to attend workshops and seminars throughout the year.

The Principal and teachers have attended WATIS training programme conducted by teachers’ foundation apart from this the school has already conducted many one-day workshops on bulletin board making workshop by Mrs.Das, puppet making and story telling and teaching English by Mrs. Shantagopan.
