The mother institution Al-Ameen Arts, Science and Commerce College started by the Al-Ameen Educational Society as a tiny sapling has completed 40 years. The College was bifurcated into Degree and Pre-university Colleges during the academic year 2001-2002 and the Al-Ameen Pre-University College came into existence. It is affiliated to the Department of Pre-University Education of Karnataka.
