The candidate has to submit the Xerox copies of the following certificates along with the admission form and the original certificate at the time of admission.

1. SSLC Marks Card
2. PUC Marks Card
3. I Year Degree Marks Card
4. II Year Degree Marks Card
5. III Year Degree Marks Card
6. Degree Certificate or Provisional Certificate Countersigned by the Registrar.
7. Transfer Certificate
8. Migration Certificate (other than Bangalore University Candidates

Note
One month’s time will be allowed from the date of admission for producing Migration Certificate and Transfer Certificate.
