‘Well begun is half accomplished’ Students activities get inaugurated with lot of pomp and gaiety, evey year by inviting renowned personalities from various fields.
Community Living Camp
Institution conducts Community Living Camp every year to bring awareness about Community living, Secularism, feeling of oneness, dignity of labor, leadership qualities. Above said objectives are achieved through different activities such as Community Survey, Community prayer, Shramadhana, afforestration programme, Personality Development programme, Yoga, lecture cum demonstration, disaster management- lecture cum demonstration, sports, games and cultural activities. This is very interesting programme of the course.
Field Trips & Excursion
“View the World and gain the knowledge” with this objective we organize number of field trips and Educational Excursion every year. To Quote a few, visit to Lalbagh Flower show, planetarium, museum, special school exhibitions, related to Science and disaster management etc. We take them to places of Historical importance like Ooty, Hyderabad, Coorg, Munnar, etc.
Guest Lectures
“Variety makes learning interesting”. Students want a change from routine class room environment. ‘It’s learn to learn’ with interest and enthusiasm. So college organizes Guest Lectures related to different current issues like Nano Technology, R.T.E., R.T.I., mental health etc.,
Sports
“All Work no Play, Makes John a dull boy” with the intention of developing a ‘strong mind in a strong body’ we conduct sports and games competition. Students participate in inter-collegiate competition and won Prizes.
